Orders

The minimum order size for air transport is six boxes. For land (car) transport throughout Europe, the minimum size differs depending on the destination.
Send us your orders by e-mail. We need the following information from our clients when ordering: complete postal address, telephone number, and the name of the airport we should send the consignment to. For clients from European Union member countries, we also need to know your VAT number.

Payment

Air transport: payment in advance, land transport: payment in cash.

Packaging

We pack our fish into PE bags, which are partially filled with water and partially with oxygenated air. We place the bags into firm, thick-walled Styrofoam boxes inside cardboard containers. The dimensions of the box are 60×40×37cm, and the weight of the box ranges from 15 to 16kg. In order to ensure the proper temperature, we also place thermal bags into the boxes.
You can find details about the number of fish in each box for every item in our spreadsheet offer sent in the .xls format, on the sheet labelled as “packing”.

Parameters of Water

The water that we use to breed and to transport our fish in has the following parameters: pH 8. Conductivity 130 mS/m.

Delivery Date

Packages sent by air are delivered within a week of being paid.
For those packages delivered by car, the delivery date is agreed upon with the client.

Guarantee

We guarantee the delivery of live fish in excellent condition. We package the fish so that they manage transport of up to 48 hours. In the case of any problems, contact us immediately, and we will replace your fish directly.
